Boss buat lawak

Yesterday, we had a small farewell for 3 of my colleagues who are going back to their parent companies, after 1/2/4 years as a member of out department. After all the speeches and desserts are done, my supervisor came to me and asked this question: "So do you know what is the lesson learnt from all 3 of them?" I'm puzzled so I said no.
