Giuliana Rancic appeared on NBC’s “Today” show Monday morning to announce that she’s planning to undergo a double mastectomy as the next step in her battle against breast cancer.

The E! News host and star of the reality show “Giuliana & Bill” sat beside husband Bill and discussed her decision to move forward with the procedure after a double lumpectomy failed to properly clear the cancer from her body.

“Today’s” Ann Curry asked Rancic, who made her desire to have children the focus of her reality show, what role her parenting plans played into the decision to have the mastectomy.

“If I’d chosen to just do another lumpectomy and then do radiation, and then do anti-estrogen therapy, which means two to five years of medication, that basically puts me into early menopause,” Rancic said. “Then I would have to put off having a baby for several years. So that was something we took into account. But to be honest, at the end it came down to choosing to live and not looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life.”
Rancic said it was her husband’s words that really stuck with her. “Bill said to me, ‘I just need you around for the next 50 years, kid,’ “ she said.... “’I don’t care what you look like, I don’t care about the physical portion of this, I just need you around for the next 50 years, so let’s get you healthy.’ And that helped me come to a decision.”
Rancic disclosed on “Today” in October that she had been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. She underwent the double lumpectomy in mid-October and returned to E! after.
Bill Rancic told Curry he had his eye on the finish line. “Our goal is to be done with this by Christmas time and then don’t look back.”

Tiffany Woes

I came in early to the office today, but the server's down, so I played with my phone as usual.

I decided to check out Tiffany's website to see some silver jewellery that is within my affordable means...kalau ada la kan... I meant, it's better to buy gold la kan rather than paying that much for silver!

I saw this and I fell in love:



It costs about USD300... Huhuhu memang takla kan.... I've worn my silver butterfly rings for 7 years now and it only cost me RM24..


Then, I saw this and feel like crying already:


It's listed as USD275 and I actually had a similar one, but I lost it . :(


Nampak tak? This one I bought in Kota Gede, Jogja for about RM70. But I lost it a few months after that.

Then, I saw this and felt depressed straight away:


Tiffany is selling it for USD1300... I got something with this intricacy for Rp850,000 also from Kota Gede. And guess what, I couldn't remember where I put it....!!!!! Aghhhh, I need to look in my unpacked items from the move I guess...

GRE... GRE.. GRE...

I've been planning to do my masters for 2 years now.... tapi GRE, IELTS dan yang sewaktu dengannya tak jugak ambik-ambik... "hot-hot chicken shit" la sangat kan... patutnya IELTS tu dulu ambik ngan Mr X sama-sama, pastu u know la what happened kan... GRE tu pulak sebab orang asyik cakap susah je, lagila takde motivation kan...

Tapi, si mamat you-know-i-know ni, 2-3 minggu lepas, dia cakap kat aku dia nak ambik english class... tup-tup hari ni, sudah arrange untuk proficiency test... memang determination tinggi sungguh. Saya rasa sangat loserina la pulak... dahlah orang lain siap dah ada PhD by the age of 30... so okla... mari kita menanam azam by the age of 30, I'll pass my GRE and put in applications for this MEng program that I wanted at UTAA.

Amiin...azam tahun baru 1433H, insyaAllah.

Happy Monday

life has been a bit quiet since my brothers are not around. Kalau dulu, adala tujuan untuk balik rumah awal sebab nak make sure he gets a proper dinner, after having to prepare lunch sendiri kan....sekarang ni, hidup macam kat Miri balik...duduk sorang2, tengok tv and tidor...

Thank God for single girlfriends...since adik2 aku takde ni rajin nak melepak tido rumah aku...adala teman buat macam2.. Huhu

Depression is not a sign of weakness, it means that you've been trying to be strong for so long

i am in such a distressed situation right now that every little things will tick me off, i'm not in the mood for raya, and i just realized that i haven't been drawing flowers and teddy bears anymore. That's how uptight i am right now. And when my team lead made a joke about having to re-do my work ( which should take a year to finish, but we're only given 3 months ), i just said "Oh, it's you who are going to re-do it if that happens, I'm going on a fake maternity leave".

Seriously, I don't care anymore. The day before aku dah naik suara dengan boss, which caught him by surprise coz selama ni aku senyap je. Come on, don't think you can bully me that far. Sebelum tu, aku tak tidur lena 2 malam fikir apa benda aku nak cakap tau. If you want a deal with me, you better come prepared, and i'm not even talking about monetary compensations, since I've decide it's not worth trading my soul for.

That's it. Rasa yang lama ku pendam.

I think handbag designers are a bunch of higly innovative people. Innovative is the word, not creative. I mean.. they don't actually CREATE the handbags... the very first handbag ever created might be a sack or something and people just took it from there and add pockets, handles, slings, accessories, patterns etc.

Handbags are also seen as a status quo nowadays.... Fine, let's buy a zillion dollar handbag today and strut around town feeling good about it. 3 months later, it's out of season and you can find it sold for a fraction of the original price at a factory outlet somewhere. Which made me think, how much is actually the REAL cost of the bags at the first place?

I don't mind paying a lot for a bag that's practical... but sometimes when I want to go for fashion or patterns and then felt happy coz I can get it at a cheaper price, the feeling is dampened a little bit when the guy at the boutique tells you that it was the last season's edition.. hmmmm...

Maybe when I do buy a designer handbag, I'll just buy their classic (albeit boring) and not the seasonal one.
At the meantime, I'll strut around town with a gunny sack. ;)

Handphone & Kisah Cinta

I have been using this RM99 pink LG phone for the past 4 months, and it really served me well, despite the lack of all the smart functions (it can't even receive MMS). Handphone itu juga telah menjadi topik perbualan, antaranya adalah:

"Errrr... ko memang suka pakai teknologi yang dah obsolete ek?"

"Kalau kau nak beli handphone baru ajak aku tau. Tapi kalau ko plan nak beli yang harga atas 1k jela."

"Memang bengong la kalau ada yang cakap ko ni high maintenance. Ni mesti dia tak nampak ko pakai henfon apa."

"Suka pink ek?"

"Ewww...so girlish."

Well, my first "high-tech" phone was a sony ericsson phone, which I bought with my first salary... harga masa tu adalah dalam RM500 (this was 6 years ago). Oklah, ada camera, walaupun tak high resolution. Used that for a bit more than 2 years before gatal nak pakai SE P1i pulak (handphone Sony Ericsson memang bagus ok, and I still think it's better than Nokia).

I really love my P1i, tapi entah kenapa masa aku heartbroken tu, P1i turut broken sekali selepas hampir 2 tahun bersama. Maybe after all those love messages etc sudah didelete, handphone itu turut mengalami penyakit jantung berlubang kot...and just died on me. Sebenarnya, boleh je repair.. but the phone had played a major role in this long distance relationship of mine that I couldn't bear to even look at it (now it's somewhere in one of those unpacked boxes kot).

So, off I went to look for a phone. I couldn't make up my mind of which one to buy, so I bought the RM99 LG pink phone first. After deciding and with a  lot of influence from TC, I bought my Nokia ExpressMusic 5800. Masa ni Iphone baru keluar kat Maxis, and 5800 ni pun baru keluar... TC already bought the Iphone and he said for me better just by the Nokia. So, aku pun belila.

The phone is ok, I especially like the quality of the speakers when I played my songlists. And it is fit for my purpose... tapi yang tak bestnya belum sampai 2 tahun dia sudah buat hal. Bila my surroundings sejuk je skrin itu akan jadi hitam and takleh nampak apa². Tapi, kalau orang call, still boleh bercakap except that I won't be able to know who's calling at the first place. Setiap kali dapat sms, kena restart phone dulu baru boleh baca. Rimas ok. My theory is: because I was traveling a lot for work and stay at hotels most of the time, the electromagnetic waves from the various entities (ghosts?) are messing with the electronics in my phone, and they are strongest when the surrounding is chilly (sebab tu bulu roma meremang kalau kita rasa macam ada benda yang scary).

That's why I pakai balik the cheap pink phone, dengan plan nak beli a new phone bila dapat bonus. But then, by the time dapat bonus tu..sudah sangat selesa pakai phone simple dan rasa macam membazir je beli phone mahal-mahal. Then, my company gives each of us a postpaid line and a budget to buy a phone, tapi tiba-tiba Celcom kasik free phone la pulak dengan that line. Lagi tak payah beli baru kan.

However, since I have this budget to buy new phone, rasa rugila pulak kalau tak pakai kan. So, pegila survey the smartphone packages offered by the different telcos... I finally decided to port-in to Celcom. As of yesterday, I'm officially a Celcom customer... rasa macam putus cinta siott bila tengok kat my phone the service provider sudah tukar dari Maxis ke Celcom... Maxis juga telah menghantar break-up sms yang memilukan hati. huhu...

Dan... handphone pink saya juga telah hilang pada minggu lepas. Sedih sebab dalam tu ada game Sudoku. Sekarang ni I pakai balik the Nokia phone, tapi kalau nak main Sudoku dia kena load dulu the puzzle dan tak best.

Minggu depan saya nak beli handphone baru pulak. Mungkin saya akan dapat boyfriend baru lepas ni? Ha hahahaha... tak boleh blah

Anyway... this is an article that I got from dayakbaru.com on this Perkara 20 / Perkara 18:

The 20 point agreement / 18 point agreement is between made between TWO countries ( Malaya and Sabah / Malaya and Sarawak).

What is the agreement all about?

The 20-point agreement, or the 20-point memorandum, is an agreement made between the state of Sabah (then North Borneo) with what would be the federal government of Malaysia prior to the formation of Malaysia in September 16, 1963. A similar agreement was made between the state of Sarawak and the federal government but with certain differences in their 18-point agreement

The agreement

Point 1: Religion

While there was no objection to Islam being the national religion of Malaysia there should be no State religion in Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah), and the provisions relating to Islam in the present Constitution of Malaya should not apply to Borneo

Point 2: Language

* a. Malay should be the national language of the Federation

* b. English should continue to be used for a period of 10 years after Malaysia Day

* c. English should be an official language of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) for all purposes, State or Federal, without limitation of time.

Point 3: Constitution

Whilst accepting that the present Constitution of the Federation of Malaya should form the basis of the Constitution of Malaysia, the Constitution of Malaysia should be a completely new document drafted and agreed in the light of a free association of states and should not be a series of amendments to a Constitution drafted and agreed by different states in totally different circumstances. A new Constitution for Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) was of course essential.

Point 4: Head of Federation

The Head of State in Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should not be eligible for election as Head of the Federation

Point 5: Name of Federation

“Malaysia” but not “Melayu Raya”

Point 6: Immigration

Control over immigration into any part of Malaysia from outside should rest with the Central Government but entry into Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should also require the approval of the State Government. The Federal Government should not be able to veto the entry of persons into Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) for State Government purposes except on strictly security grounds. Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should have unfettered control over the movements of persons other than those in Federal Government employ from other parts of Malaysia Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah).

Point 7: Right of Secession

There should be no right to secede from the Federation

Point 8: Borneanisation

Borneanisation of the public service should proceed as quickly as possible.

Point 9: British Officers

Every effort should be made to encourage British Officers to remain in the public service until their places can be taken by suitably qualified people from Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah)

Point 10: Citizenship

The recommendation in paragraph 148(k) of the Report of the Cobbold Commission should govern the citizenship rights in the Federation of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) subject to the following amendments:

* a) sub-paragraph (i) should not contain the proviso as to five years residence

* b) in order to tie up with our law, sub-paragraph (ii)(a) should read “7 out of 10 years” instead of “8 out of 10 years”

* c) sub-paragraph (iii) should not contain any restriction tied to the citizenship of parents – a person born in Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) after Malaysia must be federal citizen.

Point 11: Tariffs and Finance

Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should retain control of its own finance, development and tariff, and should have the right to work up its own taxation and to raise loans on its own credit.

Point 12: Special position of indigenous races

In principle, the indigenous races of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should enjoy special rights analogous to those enjoyed by Malays in Malaya, but the present Malays’ formula in this regard is not necessarily applicable in Borneo(Sarawak & Sabah)

Point 13: State Government

* a) the Prime Minister should be elected by unofficial members of Legislative Council

* b) There should be a proper Ministerial system in Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah)

Point 14: Transitional period

This should be seven years and during such period legislative power must be left with the State of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) by the Constitution and not be merely delegated to the State Government by the Federal Government

Point 15: Education

The existing educational system of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should be maintained and for this reason it should be under state control

Point 16: Constitutional safeguards

No amendment modification or withdrawal of any special safeguard granted to Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) should be made by the Central Government without the positive concurrence of the Government of the State of North Borneo

The power of amending the Constitution of the State of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) shouldbelong exclusively to the people in the state. (Note: The United Party, The Democratic Party and the Pasok Momogun Party considered that a three-fourth majority would be required in order to effect any amendment to the Federal and State Constitutions whereas the UNKO and USNO considered a two-thirds majority would be sufficient)

Point 17: Representation in Federal Parliament

This should take account not only of the population of Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah) but also of its seize and potentialities and in any case should not be less than that of Singapore

Point 18: Name of Head of State

Yang di-Pertua Negara

Point 19: Name of State

Sarawak or Sabah

Point 20: Land, Forests, Local Government, etc.

The provisions in the Constitution of the Federation in respect of the powers of the National Land Council should not apply in Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah). Likewise, the National Council for Local Government should not apply in Borneo (Sarawak & Sabah).

*Merger

In 1961, when the Malayan government began discussing a possible merger with neighbouring Singapore, Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei, problems of ethnic power relations arose again. The “Malaysia” proposal sans Sabah and Sarawak went back more than a decade; earlier negotiations had proved fruitless. The Singaporeans themselves were not anxious to be ruled by what they considered a Malay government. By 1961, however, Singapore had grown receptive to the idea of joining Malaysia, largely because of the prevailing idea at the time that industrial Singapore could not survive without access to Malayan markets.

Singapore Chinese population is a threat to Malaya

The Malayan government was not keen on having the Chinese Singaporean population push the Malays into a minority position in the new Malaysia. Many Malays felt that upsetting the Malay-dominated nature of the armed forces and police might place them in a dangerous situation. It was also argued that the inferior economic position of the Malays would be emphasised by the entry of even more rich Chinese, setting the stage for major discontent.

Malaya get Sabah and Sarawak to form Malaysia to make use of their native population numbers

The Malayans decided to resolve this by merging with Sabah and Sarawak; both British colonies had large native populations whom the government considered “Malay”. Under Article 160 of the Constitution, most of them were not Malay; the natives were mainly animists or Christians instead of Muslims as required. To resolve this issue, the government expanded its informal definition of “Malay” to include these people.

Lady B: In Bako National Park… we were hiking and there’s a big viper rolling on a tree branch.


Me: Oh… you’ve been to the Bako National Park… did u get to see any proboscis monkeys?


Lady B: only from afar… there are too many people that day, I think it scared them away

just got my internet connection fixed over the weekend... but am still not done with the unpacking.. I spent the weekend cleaning floors (3 rounds, you) laundry and hanging out with some Miri friends who came down for the Mother's Day weekend... then, menengok semula Meteor Garden drama series sampai habis... oh, Dao Ming Shi dan San Chai adalah sangat sweet... also tengok DVD cerita "Cun" yang Maya Karin ngan Remy Ishak... entertaining la jugak but I particularly love one of the songs in the soundtrack... the house is getting cosier and more homey each day.. I don't even feel like going out in the weekends..hehehe (no lah, actually stress at work, so I rather stay at home and relax than memenatkan badan pergi berhungga-hungga)..

now bolehla berblog and blogwalking semula... hehehehe

Anyway, my brother and I are excited enough we forgot to be upset (hati tak upset, tapi mulut membebel kat orang-orang yang berkenaan just so that they don't repeat the same mistake to other people - lagipun seronok marah orang when you have the right to do so.. haha). So far yang paling reliable hari ni adalah Allied Pickford team, tapi kena tengok lagi la esok macam mana pulak diorang buat kerja.

Malam ni last kat FPKL ni... will be quite far from the city and office but more in touch with reality.. whatever reality is. At the moment, the reality is I'm going to live in a mess for the next few days. Mana saja la labu...

game plan

In my work, everytime we are about to drill a well, we'll do the drilling or logging well on paper exercise, where we will engaged all the parties involved to sit down and discuss what are the requirements needed to accomplish a successful operation.

So far, I have engaged the "tuan rumah" and I've already known what level of readiness they're on for tomorrow. The contractors will still be doing work on the kitchen hence I would not be able to unpack my kitchen stuffs, meaning I have to do it myself some other day. The furniture shops will do the delivery also on the same day with my movers, so I have to ensure that not so many people have to work on assembling the things in the same room / space.

This is what I came up with. Poyo tak? :P

It is also the color associated with envy, good luck, generosity and fertility. It is the traditional color of peace.



RED is the warmest and most energetic color in the color spectrum. Red is used to stimulate the body and mind, and increase circulation. If you want to draw attention, use red. Although not the choice for a calm environment, it is often used in dining areas to stimulate conversation and add to the excitement of the room. It's absolute the wrong color for a baby's room but perfect to get people excited. Red is not a good color to over use but using a spot of red in just the right place is smart in some cases. It can be very elegant and add a lot of character to a color scheme – both traditional and contemporary.




PURPLE is considered exotic because it appears rare in nature. It represents royalty, nobility, spirituality and mystery. Purple embodies the balance of red's stimulation and blue's calm. Some tones of violet can be quite intense, but pastel lavenders can give a very fresh, uplifting feel to a room. With a sense of mystic and royal qualities, it is associated with wealth, prosperity, rich sophistication. This color stimulates the brain activity used in problem solving. Young adolescent girls are most likely to select purple as their favorite color.




PINK is associated with youthful, fun, and exciting. Pink is the color of happiness and is sometimes seen as lighthearted. Think of pink as the color of romance, love, and gentle feelings. Pink also is the true color of love.




ORANGE, a close relative of red, is the color tied most this fun times, happy and energetic days. It is also associated with ambition. There is usually strong positive or negative association to orange and true orange generally elicits a stronger "love it" or "hate it" response than other colors. Pure orange may work well in a contemporary setting but often doesn't sit well in a traditional one. Used in kitchens and dining rooms, orange shades can be very comfortable.




BROWN says stability, reliability, friendship, and approachability. It is the color of our earth and is associated with all things natural or organic. It also tends to be soothing and comfortable. Browns wear well and are good for rooms that get a lot of use like family rooms. Browns also work well with spicy or warm colors.




BLACK is thought to represent power, strength, elegance, mystery and wealth. It is also the color associated with intelligence. It’s also stylish and timeless, and a beautiful accent color to use in interior design. Black is a serious color that evokes strong emotions. It is easy to overwhelm people with too much black. Black used with a mix of white and brights often looks very modern.



WHITE, whereas, projects purity and cleanliness. It is a compression of all the colors in the color spectrum. It is also used to project the absence of color, or neutrality.



GREY is the color of intellect, knowledge, and wisdom. It is perceived as long-lasting, classic, and often as sleek or refined. It is a color that is conservative and carries authority. Grey is considered a color of compromise, perhaps because it sits between the extremes of black and white. Grey is a perfect neutral, which is why designers often use it as a background color. But too much grey leads to feeling mostly nothing; but a bit of grey will add that rock solid feeling.


hmmMmmMmMM... am thinking to do my living hall in yellow-dark brown theme, play room is going to be red and white... itu jela yang dah decide... my own room am contemplating to be either black or grey... hahahaha... kitchen takleh nak buat apa... tengok jela nanti tuan rumah pasang cabinet kaler apa.. am moving on Friday and really looking forward to it... but at the same time, bersedia jelah untuk pening kepala and sakit badan.. huhu

P/S: I want to buy some potted plants...tak nak beli yang kecik-kecik coz kalau I yang jaga memang tak sempat la pokok tu nak besar... kat mana ek yang reasonable?

excited nak pindah rumah

Actually, I had a bad week/weekend... dah tulis half dah citerr, tapi malas nak sambung balik... so mari cerita pasal excited nak masuk rumah baru... huhu (though the house will not be fully ready when we move in our things, lantakla malas nak tensen2)..

I think I really have to get my act together, organize myself and be ready for my move. As most of the furnitures in my old Miri house are either hand-me downs or things that I bought on a budget, I had a fun / tiring time shopping for furnitures etc... best gakla...

I've prepared a spreadsheet with things that I need and the planned budget then I compare it against actual... some of the things ngam-ngam je harga dengan apa yg dah dibudgetkan, some is slightly overbudget and some tak sampai half pun harga actual dengan what was budgeted, which is good sebab rupanya ada few important items that I forgot to include in my budget, like mattress for the guest bed, curtains (lots of windows) and I don't know what else that might come up.

Didn't really buy a lot, since I brought some stuffs from my Miri house (am renting out my place 75% furnished).. most of the things like my new couch pun beli kat Miri since rotan/jati furniture kat KL mahal... yang lain-lain I just buy from LDP Furniture Mall je...senang...  langsir buat kat Nilai 3.. huhu... I did it in a shop nama MK apa ntah... okeyla... the sales assistant look like he knows what he's talking about, kedai tu punya display pun nampak elok.. and they have a decent selection of materials... boleh siap dalam 2 jam pulak tu... tapi I buat French pleats je...simple, lagipun rumah sewa je pun, bukan rumah sendiri..

I had a concept in mind tapi tak taula jadi ke tak nanti... haha... serabut tapi tetap excited... can't wait to get out of this box... and to those who thinks living smack in the Golden Triangle ni best... erm,think again.. rimas adalah kot for me yang kampung ni... hehehe.. rasanya end of May pun belum tentu lagi habis unpack/kemas rumah though... so housewarming tu tunggu lah ye... :)

thanks to the balik kampung trips, GCC, stress-eating, and also the superb food I had before I left Miri...

nasib baik tak bertambah... maybe it's because I also walked quite a lot to get from place to place...

now, after everything settled and in-place... mari kita... menggerakkan ticker itu..

I just have to justify....

I bought a dryer last week, after justifying to myself that I really need this thing:

You see, I have this un-curable laziness when it comes to hanging the clothes to dry. To the point I let my mom hang all the laundry by herself. But, I like to fold the clothes later, tak kisahla berapa banyak pun. Usually when I come back home during weekends, I ended up folding the entire weeks' washing.

Hence, most of my clothes I will send to the laundry. Senang... Can get it done for RM3/kg and I don't have to go anywhere near a washing line... but I still wash my delicates myself, anyway...

So, I make some self calculation based on just me, living alone:

Laundry (wash + dry + fold) = RM3/kg x 4kg/week = RM12 / week  = RM48/month
Bed sheet + Quilt Cover + Blanket + etc (wash once a month) = RM20

Thus, the average I spend on laundry is about RM68/month. One year it's about RM816. In less than 2.5 years, I already get my investment back. The good thing is the warranty period lasts for 2 years, and by buying a good brand, it will last longer than that. After all, I clean my own house, so no extra cost for a maid.

I think everyone should get a dryer. From the working mothers to the single ladies who are too busy enjoying their lives. Whaddya think? He he

was at UTP for a Campus Ambassador program yesterday...

dahlah tidur 3 jam je coz had to wake up early to finish the slides...

gerak dari KL about 7.20 after picking up another team member from KL Sentral...2 of us are going to handle the program... okla tu... dia kasik fresh perspective, aku kasik stale perspective (?)... haha

my friend also teman me (ooh thank u so much... dia pun bersabar duduk 3 jam dalam hall itu)
on the way tu, semua org tidor sampai aku pun mengantuk giler time tengah drive... had to make a stop at Hentian Tapah for coffee and donuts

aku tak sangka UTP sejauh itu... kitorang sampai kat sana pukul 10.10... nasib baik state kat program 9.30 until 10.00 adalah time for minum pagi...so adalah buffer and the students arrive happy coz they're well fed

the session went well...after all, they came in on a Saturday, it was raining outside which is very cosy to just sleep in... ada yang siap pakai tie lagi... when I introduced myself and mentioned that I've work for about 6 years now... almost the whole lecture hall gasp in unison... haha.. later I learned from my friend that some of them were speculating my age to be around 25-26... (I think it's the magic of the new blouse that I'm wearing)..

we finished about 10 past 1, then lunch... made a move to Ipoh around 2pm... seriously, it took almost an hour to get there.... for someone who used to have a megamall 5 minutes away from where I studied... kesian la pulak dengan budak-budak ni... gi Ipoh tu saja je... sebab my dearest friend tak pernah sampai Ipoh...makan kat Ipoh Parade, then blah

on the way tu, dah take note dah mula-mula kena isi minyak... but then we got into a heated debate about Malaysian politics and the next thing I knew was I saw the fuel indicator already blinking and we're in the middle of the highway...the next R&R yang ada fuel station pulak lagi 30km...terus tutup aircond, tapi yg bodohnye time bukak tingkap tak perasan pulak ada lori sampah kat depan...sangat semerbak baunya ok!

last-last, masuk exit Rawang dan nasib baik petrol station dia dekat je... fuhhh... am so tired at that time, I don't need another misadventure

then, kitorang hantar the other girl ke Bangi... pastu singgah makan satay nearby... didn't know it's pasar malam day... so merasa la traffic jam teruk... bak kata TC "you should purposely drive in the bad traffic for training purposes"...wise guy (?)

sampai "rumah" around 9pm... except for the dark Twin Towers...macam tak earth hour je kat sini... mandi-mandi then tido time tengah tengok cerekarama...

and it's Sunday... gotta go get ready. nak gi facial.... muka dah macam kulit buaya... bye

Kad "Touch n Go"

now I have to go back and forth my three offices, I need it, tak larat setiap kali pun nak beratur beli tiket. Bought one 2 months back..

A pair of sturdy, trendy flats:

nanti nak kena jalan turun naik bukit untuk ke stesen LRT, pastu kena berdiri kat dalam LRT, pastu kena jalan ke hulu ke hilir yarabi...so, merana la kalo memanjang pakai kasut tinggi....my solution would be to keep a pair of high heels in the office for whenever I need that "extra inches of confidence", then to get flat shoes/sandals that I can wear with any outfit and for all occasions....no idea what to buy yet, but I think I will know when I see it.. belum lagi...tunggu dulu my shipment sampai with my rak-rak kasut...untuk mengelakkan pembaziran...

Minyak Wangi

kadang-kadang rasa macam menjadi busuk semula di dalam LRT...saja nak beli satu simpan dalam handbeg to keep me smelling fresh. huhu...kena tunggu yang lain habis dulu, lagipun belum naik LRT lagi..

Umbrella...ella ella

penting untuk cuaca yang tak menentu and since I'll be walking a lot..nak beli yang rupa cam botol air ni for easy storage sudah tapi beli yang sempoi and tak comel langsung...sebab hari tu hujan, so beli je kat Cold Storage

Coffee Mug

I'm not a coffee person, but I'm soooo in love with the coffee at the building's canteen..but since it's not fancy like Starbucks, etc. whenever I ordered it to be taken away, they put it in a paper cup that is not really heat resistance...I ended up scalding myself the other day and now I'm scarred for life. :(

And I will save 40 cents by bringing my own mug.... baru beli tadi...kaler peach pink with 2 cats on it... meowww..now tak payah rasa serba salah kalau pakai entah siapa punya mug kat ofis

I-pad

saja mengada nak letak dalam list, sebab nak i-phone, but I know I won't use it anyway sebab skrin tak cukup besar untuk main games, internet or whatnot...laptop sekarang dah 4 tahun dah umur dia... and this is part of the motivation untuk bekerja keras dan bersabar. ;P after some considerations, will not be going for Ipad.... but maybe Iphone instead... tapi kena fikir dulu nak guna Digi ke Maxis nye plan... I ni loyal sikit.... tapi Maxis IValue Lite package ni macam menarik gak...

Bag

a bag sturdy and strong enough to hold all of the above...pun tak tau nak beli apa...but I would prefer something like this la...not a big fan of monogrammed bags.. 

 hahaha, berangan nak bag ni...kalau dalam 2k aku boleh lagi pejam mata, beli dan ikat perut selepas itu...sekali pergi kedai dia harga dekat nak 6k... tak nak aku....dahlah tak steady pun rasa bila letak kat bahu....huh....nasib...so I settled for one of these.. harga pun 1/10th je dari harga beg yang kat atas tu:

last-last pilih yang kaler grey tu walaupun dah mengidam nak yang bunga-bunga tu since the last 2 months... practicality rules y'all... and I'm already turning into a boring plain old maid anyway... :P

P/S: Also bought a Garmin Nuvi, I'm really clueless about driving in KL
